Send your logo, approved bouquet or gift-set photos, order deadline, delivery or pickup details and ordering link. We confirm the scope and start date by email, then request the 50% deposit.

A first look, in 3 working days.
Once your complete brief, approved photos and deposit are in, we prepare the first draft. Send your feedback together; the included revision follows within 2 working days.

Approve. Download. Share.
Check the design, product details and copy. After approval and the remaining balance, you receive the final PNGs and captions, ready to post.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, logo, approved product photo, exact offer details, dates and ordering link. For the pack, you can send up to three product photos. Tell us your preferred caption language and who will approve the work.
Please use photos you own or have permission to use.
Whose flower photos will you use?
For paid orders, we use the bouquet and gift-set photos you supply and approve. AI can help with design ideas and copy, and we review every file before delivery.
The flower samples on this page are AI-generated fictional concepts.
What can I change in a revision?
The trial includes one small revision, such as a copy, colour or layout adjustment. The pack includes one consolidated feedback round across its three designs. A new product, campaign or design concept is extra work; scope and price are agreed before we proceed.
When and how do I pay?
After we agree on your brief and start date, the deposit is RM24.50 for the trial or RM64.50 for the pack. The same amount is due after approval, before final files.
We provide a Boost merchant DuitNow QR for the agreed order, under the merchant name HakuFX. Haku Creative is our design-service name. Confirm the name in your payment app before paying. No payment is collected on this website.
Do you publish the posts for me?
These packages cover design and captions. You receive the final files and post them on your own channels. Account management, paid ads and photography are not included.
Can I go straight to the RM129 pack?
Absolutely. The trial and pack are separate choices; there is no need to buy a trial first. If you buy a trial and later a separate pack, their combined price is RM178.
